World of Warcraft players looking ahead to next month's release of the Cataclysm expansion will want to score the latest wallpaper produced by the Blizzard team. The wallpaper features Deathwing as he emerges from below.

The game looks much better than this flat and muddy picture of Deathwing. Granted, there is likely more detail here than rendered in his in-game version, I haven't seen shots of him that I knew for sure were from the game and WoW's oversized Bosses in the past were chunky polygons, but this picture in no way outshines the in-game visual experience of WoW.
Have played: Everquest, Asheron's Call, Horizons, Everquest2, World of Warcraft, Lord of the Rings Online, Warhammer, Age of Conan, Darkfall
Heh, Deathwing...Stargate...It is a good wallpaper but I am not really impressed by Deathwing. Maybe its because I play GW and Deathwing looks about as impressive a Glint (from GW Prophecies) in the actual game engine. I would like it more if the wall paper showed a bit more of the burning everything to charcoal and ash...we cant get what we want all the time though.
