For example: If there is one game that you did not enjoy, voicing your opinion is encouraged. Posting this opinion in every thread concerning that game to the point that it disrupts all other conversation is not tolerated.

Is it just me or is this forum now a war between the haters of MO and the ones just enjoying their time in game that some people don't like.
Please start with the moderation so we can have serious discussion on these forums about this game.

Odd that you copy 'n paste from the RoC, but did not notice the part on discussing moderation on the forums. If you have such concerns, you should contact them directly or blog about it elsewhere.
I miss the MMORPG genre. Will a developer ever make one again?

They seem well moderated to me, for various reasons.
Wasn't a similar post just deleted from the MO forums???
Anyway... If you have issues with MMORPG.com I suggest you use the proper channels in lieu of whining here. Thanks

This is the first time I've seen someone ask for *more* moderation. Most people usually complain that there is too much of it.
Wow! The conflicts that must pull at moderators from every direction. To delete, to not delete, to lock, to ban? These are the voyages of the Starship Enterprise.
They didn't bother moderating the Darkfall forums for years, why would they moderate these? The Darkfall forums were a thousand times worse. Pre release EVERY thread got bombed by DOZENS of trolls going "LOLOL VAPORZ" and post release it was hardly any better. At least the MO complaints are justified.
They do a fine job here in my opinion. I doubt there are many regulars that haven't had a run in with a mod.

Couldn't you just have PM'd a mod instead of making a thread about it?
As compared to...other games, MO has gotten off easy on this site if you take the time to check out the....comments of other games. Do not get me wrong, I am enjoying MO as a trudge my way to Moh Ki but the game does have issues and if it were any other game the players on this site would eat it up. Really, check out the early days of Darkfall threads, man, you could not get better entertainment anywhere else on line. With it came some of the best footage and homemade video ever. The love/hate caused in these forums provided excellent information of the game without the...political correctness.
Because things are different around here now.
If you review the Notice of Increased Moderation thread in this forum, you will understand that we have been committed to changing things here, and I think if you hang out on our forums enough, it's pretty obvious that things are different on the whole, though they will never be perfect, I admit.
I understand that this forum is particularly challenging, but we are up to the challenge and nevertheless we appreciate your feedback regarding moderation, whether you think there isn't enough or there is too much, I promise you that I consider and value all your opinions. However, this is really the wrong venue to express them, these forums are for discussing the game Mortal Online, not MMORPG.com's policies or practices.
