Quite a deal. You can always save your 30 days for after the 14 day free trial -- effectively $72 worth of "game" for $7.50
Yeah this is a deal you can't pass on if you're playing trial and liking it. Can you explain how you came to $72 though?
I was wondering where he got 72 as well as the game isn't $60 and the monthly subscription is $15 so even if it was 72 doesn't make sense.
Either way a great deal indeed(wish I could take it and just extend my account 30 days

You also forgot that the client comes with 30 days of play.
Most "comes free with the client" are actually advertised on the box as "Comes with 30 Days of Play ($14.99 value!)" or some such. It's like buy one, get one free tshirts. The first tshirt and the second tshirt have equal value, but you only had to pay for one. If you bought them separately, you would have paid double. However, it's not the same thing as half off (you can't, for example, get one tshirt for half price). Thus why buy one, get one free is EFFECTIVELY half off.
The 44 days of play are only free under certain conditions (remember buy one, get one?). That's ~$22 of value, so you've gotten ~$52 of game for $7.50, if you 'do it right'.
Regardless, $7.50 is a good deal.
True it is a good deal but what you are getting is $30 for $7.50.I went ahead and bought it but then seeing that i was new to this impulse thing this popped up http://impulsedriven.com/minerwars?ref=impnow making me wish I had used that 7 bux to get in the alpha of that instead hehe.

I don't really see why I mean they already provide expansions for free and personally the game is worth th $30( heck I paid the 50 or 60(whatever it used to be)).

I still haven't downloaded the free trial when I saw this sale. Is this sale only for today only and back to normal on Monday?
Are there any PVE stuff in Darkfall now? Also, does the free month really come with this digital copy ?

Yes the client ddl comes with 30 days best way to do it is to not use the code/serial key on your DF account til you have finished the 14 day trial as they usually end trials in most games as soon as key is used.
As far as how long the sale is idk it doesnt say on the site,it might be just a weekend sale the impulse service seems to be like steam and that is how they do it so.
You can purchase the DF client and use the key whenever you want to-it wont activate til you apply it to your DF account and you can access the key from your impulse account at anytime.
Sign in to your impulse account with the email you purchased it on and it should appear on your list of games on the impulse box with a tab at bottom that says view keys
so i bought the game, and it said waiting to recieve email, cuz it was pending or something like that, and I still haven't gotten an email with my code... Did I just get jacked or something? Sigh
I'm not sure if there's any alternative ways, but you should just do this for now.
- Download their program: "Impulse".
- Sign in, go to "My Games".
- Click Darkfall, and on the bottom right, click View Serial.
- Use the key for your account.
Yea that's what I'm talking about, darkfall is not even showing up in "my games" and I bought it, it said it was just processing or something like that. I tried registering the game, but I have no serial key because I'm sure this is supposed to be in the email...
I just logged back in on the website, and it says that I have it in my cart, but i'm sure I already paid for it... I'm wondering if it went through the first time
Hold tight man. It appears that this game service requires a manual approval unlike steam. I would wait until tomorrow as their staff is probably not working right now. It said in my invoice that billing would not take place until the account was activated.
I just bought the game about 30 mins ago and got my key right away. Check with your card to see if your transaction went through, did you even receive a receipt yet? My e-mail didn't come through for a while either. Sounds like it just hasn't counted your purchase yet?
same shit man... they billed my card... no email.. did a retrieve key thing... says i have no key... wtf.
updates: i also went back to impulse account.. and checked invoices.. came up with nothing. was still billed
They might manually approve purchases with credit cards, so it might take some time. I don't know. I paid with Paypal and it's instant. The only problem I've noticed is that I've purchased multiple copies of the game, but only 1 serial key shows in the Impulse program. Luckily, I've been writing each serial number down....
