Skill point distribution

in Guild Wars

Can anyone suggest a good plan for distributing skill points for a W/E focusing on water. so the question is how many points should i put into Strength, Axe Mastery, Tactics, Water Magic.

    Check out the Guild Wars Guru site. They got the hook up for all the major builds dreamed up to date.image

    Wow i checked this site out and they have some very nice builds, if anyone else is wonder what they should do with their point i would highly check this out.
