What will it be?
We already know ME is a trilogy, we already know of DA2, we already know of SW:ToR, so will this new game announcement be something completely different?

The video really doesn't "feel" like ME3... could be something new. Whatever it is, chances are it will kick ass

It's not ME 3 lol, everyone know ME 3 is already in the work. It's something totally new. I just hope it's not another world war shooters.
if you join all the dots the commenters on kotaku are making it looks like its an ME prequel.
Its definatly something about ME. If they go guitar hero on this IP i'll be pissed lol.

I wish they could get the Forgotten realms IP back, Baldurs gate 3 would be awesome (since a new NWN wont be happening).
Nothing against ME but it isn't my type of game, and DA was not bad but it missed the soul of Biowares first 3 D&D games.
Funny, I thought it captured the soul of the Baldurs Gate series very well.
I just wish they'd make another game with a toolset like NWN. I played on an NWN persistant world server for three years and it was the highlight of my online life.

Apparently the primary reason we are not seeing a BG3 is that Hashbro ( owners of the D&D) are suing Atari

A fps military shooter. that's just perfect. We didn't had enough of those type of games already.
Think the main problem was that people at the time were familiar with Forgotten Realms and/or D&D. There were a lot of books and other material for that realm. The story was engaging and characters interesting. It also interjected with many famous characters from Forgotten Realms.
The problem with DA:O, albeit it was a good experience overall, was with the rather bland story and lore. The expansion was a lot better in many ways.

That's the problem we have to much of the same. Time for BioWare to bring something new to the FPS genre. Its been stale for some time.
