Persistent world fps

suppose one would describe what im looking for as fallout onine. and yes i know they are making one in the future but im intrested to see if anyone knows of a game kinda like this thats out now? global agenda does not cut it as persistent enough, a single city and a small desert quest area isnt what i want, want a full open world where pvp and pve are both possible. ive seen one kinda like what i want problem is its a non english game called   Berkanix if anyone knows how to make it work for america or any other games kinda like it let meh now!.

    Just so you know ... Berkanix is not an FPS , it`s a normal TAB-target MMORPG. Also , Korean CB just started , so it`ll take awhile until it gets over here in any shape or form.

     

    Even though Global Agenda has a few Open World elements ... the only true Open Persistent World FPS coming out anytime soon is Firefall.

    Im surprised when ever this topic comes up no one mentions Planetside.

     

    Firefall is coming out sometime...

    Planetside is out now, but might wanna make srue its not completely dead.(also its only PvP no PvE)

    Planetside Next will come out in like 3 years probably.
