Trion Worlds and the Rift: Planes of Telara development team have released new information about the Plane of Air. They've created a video about the Plane of Air and released several screenshots that we've uploaded into our Rift gallery. Check them all out!
The Plane of Air is made up almost entirely of its primary element: an endless, turbulent sky. Cloudscapes replace landscapes, roiling and writhing, crashing together like continents. Air elementals and djinali ride the lightning that arcs between thunderheads, while rocs cruise the twisting wind, feasting on winged serpents.
Chunks of the thunderbirds’ prey can fall eternally, or splatter upon the floating islands that spin through the sky. The Plane of Air’s few land-bound creatures make their homes here, isolated for eons until the winds push two islands together and the denizens fall to xenophobic warfare.

nothing intresting
If they are trying to pique interest, they failed.
That looked dull as hell.
Drop the next-gen marketing and people will argue if the game itself has merit.
Agree, nothing really interesting in the video. Boring!
The idea was to show you the plain of air, which is what they did. It was not supposed to be an action trailer.
im very glad to see plane of air, playin an air theurgist in daoc its nice to see "air" in rift also
Not as cool as some of the other Planes.. but none the less sweet screenies.
I've seen the video for the air plane on massively weeks back, it was poorly made and very uninteresting accompanied by bad animations..
