The Coming soon extra classes

Gee,evry time i stare the Rift's classes its slurp! But im desperately hoping that one of the coming soon classes,either at Rogue or warrior theme will be the Barbarian.Hopefully as rogue subclass cause normally barbrians use leathers and cloths and rarely heavier armours. Pls i want my ferocious beast i used to play in ddo, Seriously now Barbarians show up in lots of mmorpg's,ddo Vaungard,and lots of single player rpg's and its one of the most ethistic classes i played in all games.

What about other people? What class would u like to see COMING soon?

    Some kind of shapeshifter. Like the druid in wow. But I dont think they will have a class like that.

    I did not vote because I knew about the class list that was already available on Telarapedia. Being said that class that I want to see the most, which is absent from your poll, is an illustionist/coercer/mesmer type class which is what I am hoping that the Dominator on theclass list for mages will be!

    These Rift devs are smoking some good shit, the possible class combinations are going to be sick! I can see it now..." LFG for any dungeon my level I can tank, heal, CC, buff/debuff, mel

    Crap... He didn't have enough skill points maybe if I take away my ability to paint a house, tame mystical creatures and shape shift into a cos-play chick I can do that stuff...

    Anyway I know what the name of the next class will be... Ready? They call it "stuff" he's the sandbox class, it's for more open ended players they get the ability to select any skill from any of the existing classes... To balance This it's the only class to suffer a permanent death.

    Many of the classes listed and talked about in this thread are already in beastmaster, bloodmage aka (chloromancer) .  Some have different names the druid has not been officially released yet either.

    Probably posted somewhere else but here is the unofficial class list.

     

    CLASSES

    In the Ascended class system, Soul Attunement is the player’s ability to commune with the souls of Telara’s honored dead and gain their powers and abilities. Each Calling has a unique selection of souls that can be embraced by the player, providing nearly endless opportunity to discover the path that’s right for them!



    [D] Defiant - This class is selectable at character creation for the Defiant. Guardians can play this class later in the game.

    [G] Guardian - This class is selectable at character creation for the Guardians. Defiant can play this class later in the game.

    [H] Heroic Class - This is a class that can not be selected at character creation and must be earned through other means.

    For those that are defiant or guardian that is only your starter soul at level 6 you will choose your 2nd within your calling.

    there are still 3 unconfirmed (yet confirmed from video gameplay) classes per calling, they have not been released by Trion yet

     

    Warrior- Void Knight (Magic Tank), Riftblade (???), Beastmaster (melee with pet in plate!!!)

    Cleric- Cabalist (CC??? maybe), Warden (dot healer), Druid (Range dot dps with PET!!!)

    Rogue- Marksman (Ranger no pet), Saboteur (interesting class), Bard (purely support class)

    Mage- Chloromancer (Bloodmage kinda, some heals), Dominator (CC class), Necro (traditional or something a little diff)

     

    The last ones I listed in each group Beastmaster, Druid, Bard, and Necromancer, are the most anticipated souls of each archetype, so I assume they will be released last by Trion

    Samurai hands down, only a small handful of games with a samurai type class and only 1 comes to mind that acually has it... would love to see it in this game. If they add it im sold lol

    We already know the ones that are not 'revealed' yet:

    Warrior: Beastmaster, Riftblade, Void Knight.

    Cleric: Cabalist, Druid, Warden

    Rogue: Bard, Marksman, Saboteur

    Mage: Chloromancer, Dominator, Necromancer

    From what I can tell of each (the very basics):

    Beastmaster - pets

    Riftblade - special uses, dunno what

    Void Knight - especially useful against magic/mages

    Cabalist - Not sure

    Druid - Heals, I know it has a fairie pet

    Warden - Heals, forget what else

    Bard - Buffmania

    Marksman - Can't say

    Saboteur - Use of bombs, but not sure how

    Chloromancer - life based, the healing mage

    Dominator - CC

    Necromancer - Undead pets
