Joymax has announced that it has opened a new portal for Silkroad Online: Legend VI Forgotten World. Legend VI is a new zone that will be added to the game soon and features additional avatars to collect, and the introduction of the Consignment system. Devs say that the new teaser site is packed with tidbits of information that players will want to know before the road to the Forgotten World opens.

As the name implies, Legend VI: Forgotten World introduces a new zone to the realm of Silkroad Online, an alternate dimension where monsters banished by God rule supreme and where humans have never set foot until now. Within this dark and distant place lie three talismans that hold the power to the three parts of the Forgotten World, with those who obtain all three talismans controlling the monster-filled realm. With the Cult of China and the necromancers of the West in pursuit of the talismans for their own evil agendas, General Ratchel and General Sonhyeon embark on a mission to retrieve the three artifacts before they fall into the wrong hands.

Check out the teaser site here.

To bad that Joymax corrupt. Bots, bots, bots... From my experience I suggest to avoid this game, real money and 3rd software rules/own Silkroad game.

I sadly have to agree with the previous speeker, Silkroad isn't what it was when it first came out.

while the GNGWC is the game without bots , the GNGWC ends and back x2

SRO is a good game but need other administration , the private servers are the best , good admins and 0 goldbots

What a fitting name for their expansion, "Forgotten World" because this game is nothing but forgotten in the minds of people who used to play it. This game was great back in its day but most of its playerbase has moved on since Joymax couldn't prove their loyalty to their paying players. All they want is money, even going as far as to add pay2win stat boosts forcing players to buy premium or lose to players who do buy it. Basically this killed off the last of their dedicated playerbase, all that's left now is Turks and Egy's. This game should just be shut down, Joymax is a horrible publisher.

Silkroad 2 will come out, and im afraid that boths and "Turks and Egy's"  will ruin the game again, i hope i can just try it for a month and then let it go to hell :D like SR1, but i think its like Windows 7 - its new and there wont be bots and other things for a while

actually Allods Online is way better than SRO :D

I played this game a lot a few years ago and have great memories of it. Sadly, as posted before, I witnessed the fall of Silkroad, making it practically unplayable for non-premium users. This game promised so much at its beginning and remains my favourite mmorpg (haven't played a lot of them) but now it's a shadow of a game that once was...
