Difficulty with TERA registration??
I tried to register for TERA, but I never got any email. Not even into Spam. I tried with another Email account, but the same. Is that something known from TERA? Anyone knows about it? Or does it maybe take some days???

No, not for testing, just normal member. Even now after hours, and after trying re-sent validation several times I got no mail, to neither my yahoo mail nor my gmx mail account. Nothing.
I guess that's also a way to settle things. Sigh. Heck, I can't even CONTACT them without being able to log in. Grrr.

Maybe try with another email?

Thanks. I appreciate this. I extra made a mail.com account now, but the result is still the same. It says a verification mail is sent on the official website but I get nothing, not in normal inbox nor into spam or anything.

The thread is 404ed, and still nothing works. I hope someone can fetch me some TERA guy to solve this.

I've been trying to register there aswell, however my problem is that i can't confirm the account. The registration url simply re-directs me to the homepage and nothing happens. When i try to login it says: "Login failed because the account is not yet verified"
I just tried to register with a 2nd account and I don't get the verification e-mail either, the forums have quite a few problems as of now, I'd say just be patient a few days.
I would assume that there is an error in the script directing the request to there host server. Rather than an issue with the server itself.
So with that in mind I would wait till it fixed. Then retry, because the server didn't receive the original request. You should once resolved be able to register with your original email.
I hope this helps. There is also a small chance I am wrong as I am making an assumption. The theory however will prevent you from wasting your time and continually retrying with different emails.

Doh, now after over 24 hours I got an activation mail (only ONE despite having asked for 3 mail accounts due to the issues), and when I click the link, NOTHING. It only leads me to the Tera website but the account remains not fully opened, as before.
Sigh. Does not really reinforce trust to a company who at some points wants my money.

Yes, because there are problems right now. I hope it gets fixed, all companies have these types of problems and sooner or later all is good. At some point, where they will be asking for your money these problems won't exist.
Ive registered with 3 different emails and none of them got a confirmation email which is sad since I already have my beta key. I sent them an email and they basically said use a different email lol
Um I don't think they send confirmation emails bro. Go to the main page on there site and try to log in from there.

I'm trying to register there since october, and I've also tried 3 different email addresses. - Without success.
I've contacted "en masse" about that problem. Last response was on november 10th :

It is simply unbelievable, that an IT company like "en masse entertainment" can not solve such a problem within a few hours. It puts the company in a bad light.

But we talk about a simple registration process for a forum. Please be aware that I wait for 5 weeks now!
I doubt that a company can handle such complex processes like running multiple game server as much as account management, data security and payment processing, if they don't have the capability for sending an email.
Indeed. Programming an email confirmation routine is something any beginner programmer can implement in a matter of hours. It just doesn't give a company credit when they don't work on such an issue. I mailed the community manager, but so far to no avail.

Confirmation of email is required to complete the registration process, just like any site you sign up on :P Without the email you cant complete registration
I tried to login without vertification, resend the confirmation mail, got it, clicked on it, goes to the main page instead of confirming my email -.-

I got another reply back from them that put me on a list for when they resolve this but I doubt it will be b4 this weekend. I also just created a new Gmail account to register again and every password I put in the site rejects. Really starting to think F this game
So there is a problem they are trying to solve, they reply to you and put you on the list as soon as it gets fixed and you still keep trying to register while there is a problem and get fed up? Doesn't make sense
I wouldnt care if I didnt have access to the beta this weekend :P Being able to actually participate in the beta would be nice. If it weren't for that I wouldn't care.
