I would have to say the original Zelda was the best game of all time. You went through beat it then went on to the second quest which was totally different and harder. Such an awesome game. Most deff the best game ever made in my book.

Best game is probably Deus Ex 1, but some of my really old favs would be Double Dragon and Outrun. Just hearing the Outrun music when I walked past arcades made me crazy image loved it so much!

The day they brought it out for the Spectrum +2, in all its 8 colour glory, was a joy!

I liked Neuromancer back on the good old Commodore 64... or even the original Bard's Tale on the same platform was awesome... Pirates! gave me hours of enjoyment too.. I haven't checked out the re-release of this one yet though...

Bards Tale 3 on C64 was one of my all time favourites... That and the original Pirates (also C64). As for modern day PC i'd say Marrowind.

    "Faith Manages"

oldest: Commando, Elevator action, Paperboy etc. on my Spectrum.

best: Probably Everquest. The first months were really awsome...so much to see, so much to discover. And it got me hooked for several years.

I'd probably have to say Zelda for the NES. I've spent countless hours playing that as a child, and I still play it through to the end every once in a while today.

I know that you're hiding things
using gentle words to shelter me
your words were like a dream
but dreams could never form me...
    Not that easily

    I acted so distant then
didn't say good-bye before you left
    but I was listening
you'll fight your battles far from me...
Far too easily Save your tears Cause I'll come back
