So my question is, if this was suppose to be some EPIC Boss kill were the 11 people that were there the whole server?
Looks like it will still be a long time before I use my free month from that nice pre-order cd sitting on the shelf!
Actually you can't. They automatically used your "free month" at release of the game.
If you didn't know this LuckyR, you may want to check your credit card statement. They also activated your sub at release and started charging you once that free month expired.
Extremely shady business practice, and possibly illegal as a single email months after purchase and before release would not be considered due notice in my country.

As much as I do dislike SV, you can't deny every game does it. Free month starts as soon you purchase it and activate account.
True, but what I think Slapshot is saying is that the free month started when the game launched with an implicit activation as opposed to an explicit activation. So, if you pre-ordered the game way back when, but haven't bothered activating your account and starting to play yet, the free month may not be available anymore. Can anybody confirm that? Then again, how may people still fall into the "I pre-ordered it, but haven't every installed and played it" category?

The free month was used whether your account was activated or not.

I wasn't trying to convey any opinion on the matter (though I have in the past). I was simply trying to inform LuckyR that his month was already used. His statement seemed to incidate that he thought he was holding onto his month for a later date, but in fact this is not the case.
but let's stay focused on the thread topic which is the "Siege of Kimuru" Boss Raid video.

I'll refer the next MO fanboi to this video the next time i see them refer to WoW boss fights as easy.
?My question is: if the kimuru is so clearly unfinished and a work-in-progress, then why is it in the game?
