Bliz is the pits!

Well as usual after the friday maintenance on european servers, get the 'authenticating' lockup. What's more I can't voice my discontent on the Bliz european forum as I've done in the past because it gives login failure. When reading the help info they've restricted user input to beta testers only. NOT GOOD FOR MY £8.99 A MONTH!!!!!!!!!!

    Well Blizz have major issues... And i know everytime the game is down all ppl write in forum, but what good does it do..? I used to complain about it too, but its the "screw" with no end.. I would wish they got some competent ppl to run the Backoffice at blizz :)

    Calm down already its just a game.

    Your doing a BETA test right?So really your not even paying for it yet.

    Anyway most mmo's go through this from beta until at least a year after release.The North American version goes through extended downtime every tuesday so get used to it.

    Every mmo ive ever played has downtimes at least once a week.EvE online has them EVERY day for an hour sometimes more.

    Ive actually found other things to do on tuesday's now.

    Dont start a guild and dont be a leader or volunteer to be coleader or captain.

    Just play the damn game:)

    As ELITE members of this forum, J-monster and Puoltry, u should be expected to READ thread BEFORE u reply!

    I'm NOT a beta tester and I DO pay!

    My main argument is that I should have a right to correspond on the WoW forums, as I can on most other games I have. (all of which I don't have 2 pay a monthly premium)

    and, complain, bloody right 2 complain. Not complaining results in poor service everytime!

    What do u do guys, say your brand new car breaks down 5 mins after leaving the garage. You go back and say "that's ok, repair it when u like, take your time, don't worry about the inconvenience". Yeah, get real!!!

    Yeah, seriously bash a paying customer for criticising Blizzard's inability or unwillingness to provide decent servers?! ::::12::

    You fanboys always tend to amuse me, mommy pays all the fees and you troll the boards. You should so get a job!! ::::02:: Earn a wage, make your own money and maybe then you'd think twice about dumping it on some moneygrabbing freaks.

    Imho he's right to complain (even if it really won't change a thing!) but he's a paying customer and has the right to do so. Blizzard has made huge earnings on this one and the customers are required to pay regularly to join, so why shouldn't Blizzard be required to uphold a certain amount of service too? It's been six months for god's sake, but still the problems are the same and progress is scarce. But like the other guy said your moaning here won't change a thing, although I welcome it, since badmouthing it is the best you can do to get some changes done. Not even unsubscribing would help in the current situation, since for the time being Blizzard won't give a sh!t about a customer more or less. If you'd get another million to do the same then you'd have those stable and reliable servers in no time, but with things being the way they are it seems you have no other choice!::::40::

    Lack of communication quickly leads to customer frustration, surely a simple "The authentication process is currently experiencing problems, please be patient" is better than a wall of silence?

    Like i said its a game.

    If your getting this upset then dont play it.Its obviously stressing you out so dont play.The point of playing a game is to escape reality and the stresses related to it.

    BTW my status at this site really has nothing to do with what where when and why i post whereever i choose to.It has more to do with the # of postings and the longevity of the account:)

    No dude your pissed because you cant get one WoW and your angry AGAIN because you cant get on the forums to complain like you apparently do EVERYTIME WoW is down.

    After the last 2 patches i havent had troubles logging in.

    Also getting pissed off on the WoW forums wont fix the problem, it only succeeds in pissing everyone off because they have to listen to it.

    Also i pay to play this game as well. You dont see me egtting pissed of and ranting.

    Maybe this is the way I channel my stress. Better than withholding my annoyance don't u think?

    Blasting users is always the way to take the heat off of the true culprit, so it wouldn't surprise me to find that you have some alterior motive 4 your comments.

    Well, nuf said, just enjoyed getting it off my chest.... :)

    I'm tending to agree with the OP here... as far as customer service goes Blizzard is a joke... what made me laugh the most was the comment about beta testing, coz thats exactly what i feel like yet i'm paying money to play... personally i wouldnt feel so aggrieved if someone from blizzard had the balls to say "sorry we've f@*ked up, theres no one here and it wont be up til monday" (in reference to the account management service) but they havent...
    It's easy to say 'it's just a game' but when i work all week long and pay for a service that is on the whole used at the weekends by most people not just me i expect to be able to play at least 'some' of the weekend... i cannot believe that it takes 3-4 days to fix a java error on signup webpages...

    Geez Diablo 2 had better stability than WoW and that was free.  Should I have to pay 15 bucks a month and expect to be discoed from my game nightly.  I bought this when it first came out and I thought it was the Schizzle until i kept getting discoed and kicked mid raid after spending hours working up to a good part......that's just a game killer right there not to mention sub-standard tech support and apathy for the client.  Luckily I re-sold it when there was a shortage of games.  To each there own I guess....I expected much more from WoW especially coming from D2 with very high expectations because of the time and years spent into making it.  Good Concept....bad judgement..poor execution.

    I love the game, but the servers suck. I'm happy to see several recent reviews stating pretty much the same idea.

    funny how someone can bash someones age and not have theres posted.  So how old are you?  I dont expect an honest answer since he already bashed someone for being 18.    But you are right the elite status is nothing but # of posts and time invested.  Funny to me says 1 thing experienced troll bashers thats it.  I mean experienced as of troll basher not experienced in real life.  The paying custermor has all right to complain if the service doesnt meet a certain standred.  A solid business will not ignore there custermor base, but infact will cater to there client.  Look at the american status with there so called honor system it is getting totally bashed and flamed but with a serious issue as it is with there custermors.  Blizz still picks and chooses there answers.  From not answering the right questions but stupid trival questions.  For example there is 85 pages on i hate the honor system and only response is give it 2 weeks.  After almost 4 weeks they have ignored all questions about that.  They will answer questions like " Why cant i put my sig on my balls"  Answer from blue  "you can not put your sig on your balls cause you balls stack".  There sad support is catching up with them people get tired of being ignored and choose to pay someone else for there service.
