You are certainly entitled to your opinion, but making what I consider ridiculous statements like that above makes you come off as a shill. Then you contradict yourself, first you say you should expect to spend $20 a month on it, then you try to reinforce that it is free? It is not a bad game mind you, but you have to expect to invest money in it if you expect to have any success.

Can you logon for free, build up a small cache of wealth for free, and then use that cache of wealth to buy weapons, ammunition, mines, explosives, a car, etc? Yes.

Since this article went to press, the Port Atlantis area has undergone a complete rebuild. It now has a futuristic "Miami Beach" feel to it. The new VTOL aircraft landing, taking off and flying over have given Calypso a much needed boost of sci-fi feel.
Boats and hovercraft ply the waters between the Port Atlantis Marina and an Island to the south, which features a nice beach bonfire for parties. Atlas Haven Radio often broadcasts from this location, so tune in and party on! Don't feel like swimming to the island? Many vehicle operators will take you out to the island, and pressing T will bring you back to PA in sixty seconds.
Being a former Anarchy Online vets these graphics looks very similar to AO. Especially the 3rd one is almost identical to the starting area of Shadowlands. The 4th one also feel familiar to me.
Ocassionally I hear birds that sound a lot like the Reets did.
Isn't this game kinda like going to the casino and playing the slots? Except sometimes you drop your money on the floor and can't pick it up (game bugs, lag), or patrons of the casino steal your money (pvp, scamming)? Isn't the best way to earn money in this game simply not playing the game, but doing something that involves players only, such as trading?
