Mythos: Hack & Crash Event

SBFordSBFord Former Associate EditorMember LegendaryPosts: 33,129

Mythos devs and Frogster are looking for as many beta testers as they can possibly muster in the just-announced Hack & Crash event. The goal is to stress the servers and see how much they can take without crashing....or crashing indeed. The event is scheduled to take place on December 28th at 11:00 CET.

Anyone who goes to the website and creates an account by December 26th will be entered for a chance to participate. The same goes for fans who already have a closed beta key. Those who have already registered for the closed beta on the official website will automatically be included in the selection process and do not need to register again. Before the test, all candidates will be informed by email whether they can participate and, if applicable, in which wave they will be granted access to the game.

So, they want to stress the servers, but it's going to be a random selection...

What I find amazing is that Redbana has had the rights to distribute this game in NA for longer than Frogster has had it for Europe, yet Frogster seems to be moving it along quite fast.

Meanwhile Redbana doesn't release any information on the game.  *roll eyes*  Thank god that Torchlight 2 is on the way.
