How can I change time zones after moving home?

I am sure this has happened to other people. I have been in the EU for years and recently moved to a new time zone..

(Australia). Can I access the time zone Australia is in and start a new character on their servers? Or do I need to do a new install for the new time zone?

Thanks

I think your question is confusing and needs clarification.

well I downloaded the EU version of WAR and I thought that restricts me to the EU.

I have now moved to Australia and would like to play in this time zone, so I need to somehow get on this zone.  So do I need to download again or trigger something?

dont care if i lose character, I am only playing free version

I'm not sure that I understand what you're asking.  There is either EU or US servers and both sets of servers are open 24 hours a day.  Log in and play.

There is no more Oceanic servers (haven't been for a long while), all those from that region now play on the NA or EU servers since they are all on the same server listing.

    Yes to both.

There are no more 'EU' or 'Oceanic' servers or versions. GOA, who ran the European accounts, folded (because they were shite imo) and EA took over managing the players, servers, and accounts. If you are returning to the game you do not need to purchase any 'version' of warhammer. You're old account name will still be valid and your characters are still there. You will likely have a free transfer if you are on an incactive server. If not you can purchase transfers for the (outrageous) price of $20.00. I play on both Norn (EU) and Badlands (NA) and run into Aussie players on both, but mostly on Norn.
