in Guild Wars

Well I pre-ordered from EBgames and then later got the game, and i'm not too sure how to get the Ithas Bow that came with the pre-order. Can anyone help me out?

    well if you entered your cd key from preoder all the character you make should get it in is inventory right at the begining.

    Well I only recieved my preorder package after all the betas were over, like a week before I got the actual game. I activated the preorder thing when I got it, but it never gave me an opportunity to even reserve a name. So is the Ithas Bow lost forever, or can I still get it?
