IF you have a key and cannot get in

I have talked to SOE and if you keep trying to use your key while the website is down then it can give you a mesaage saying the key is invalid. They have had many calls today with people who cannot use thier keys. I at one time had the message pop up saying my key was invalid but its a bug. So they said to wait until they fix the website for key submissions or it will lock your key out.

Thanks for the additional information. The key in this e-mail appears to be valid for our PC beta but I have received word that our system is currently having issues with key submissions. I know you were previously having issues with it not allowing you to enter the key again so I have allowed your account to re-enter the key without being locked out. My suggestion would be to wait for a couple of hours for our system to be repaired and please re-enter your key.

been getting that since last night. Really wanted to play today also.

I have emailed them and will call them as soon as the tech support is up. There are many many peopel still locked out of beta who have keys. We have guys who have pre ordered who cannot get in still
The site is under maintenance now, hopefully its fixed when the site is back.
the site said the same thing yesterday around this time. It did not fix the problem then. Not 100% sure it will now. This is prob just daily maintence of some sort.
Well, at 6pm EST, the key worked but then the website errored out on me so now downloading yet.
Where do I download the beta client? I cant for the life of me find it....
my key got accepted but in the account info it says pending in my sub box, is that normal?
Same here. I get accepted, end on some account page but no download link anywhere.
