Call it luck, call it knowledge, call it skill, call it whatever you want but it is plain awesome
Go faction loot go!
Comments
Go main account go!
Oh no, this is real. What you are looking at is +700M ISK worth loot obtained on 1 day old trial account.
EDIT: NIC -> ISK
Sorry, was browsing Perpetuum forums(NIC - game currency)
Says the guy who posted it. . I don't disbelieve it. . but no reason to believe it either .
Wa min God! Se æx on min heafod is!
As a new player perhaps the first thing you should do is learn the difference between ISK (the in game money) and NIC (whatever you think that means).
Pfft...hairsplitting.
Corrected the post though.
It's ok, there are people who believe you can never catch up or that new players cannot be useful and competitive since early days either...
This is one of those proofs that truly unbelievable things happen in EVE.
Quick update.
The loot was sold for 917M. Could have been sold for more and get that magic billion number if there was more patience with sales.
Are you just running faction missions?
This thread is so full of crap. I bet the OP is just using the noob alt to loot the wrecks, while his main completes the mission.
What, exactly, is so unbelievable about the screenshot? From the loot it looks like 6-8 faction spawns, nothing major. If you are lucky and roam around, that's definitely within the realm of possibility (ignoring the possibility for a player faction loot drop, aka unscouted industrial).
Serpentis are horribad at hitting small stuff, unlike angel or guristas. It's not hard to take most of their faction spawns down with a frig..
There's also nothing to stop a noob being right next to a hauler just when it happens to get suicide ganked and ninjaing some of the loots.
Edit: plus all of that stuff could have easily dropped from hi-sec belt faction frigate spawns.
Give me liberty or give me lasers
Yep, it's nothing big!
Keep on rockin'!
video or it didn't happen
I played EVE for a two week trial about 4 years ago. I got a single 25million ISK drop on the third day. If I had known more about finding these drops, I would have made 700million too.
