Rift beta test

I had gotten into the rift beta for the Guardians of the Vigil event that lasted the weekend and then formatted my computer and figured the test was just for that weekend but then I started thinking that maybe it was just an event that was going on that weekend but the beta is still progressing?

Anyone know if the beta is continuing even after the Guardians of the Vigil event?

    Next beta event starts Dec 28th, if you're being invited to it you should get an email.

    I agree just because someone knew how to make an account mmorpg.com and post in the right forum, doesn't mean he knew how to find the game's website.   Perhaps one day, we will have some tool that allows us just to type in "rift beta" and it will search the internet and direct us to the right place.  Until that day comes, it is up to us to help others!

    Not claiming he is an MMO expert, just fed up with the laziness of people in general who expect every little thing to be done for them instead of spending 60 seconds of their valuable time to figure something out for themselves.

    There's no logic behind coming to a third party site to ask for information about a game when that information is readily available on the game's site and furthermore, the information the OP was looking for is the only highlighted link on the top bar of the page.

    Am I "rude"? Probably. Did I answer his question and hold his hand for him so he wouldn't get scared in the big, dark, scary interwebs? Yes.

    So I guess this makes me some sort of philanthropist asshole?

    To tell you the truth. I logged on here to find some answers to the same questions posted. Faster results than browsing the official game sight :) So yah.... guess i'm lazy too :)
