in Guild Wars

hi i have quit swg and start to play guild wars...

iam a necromanser and want to know whats good to know and if there are some thing i need to do in the begining....

    i suggest in pre sear ascalon u just get used to ur necro and do some quests and gain a nice amount of xp and if u want and it is helpful, get a second profession.  anythinig works with each other.  cause each combo has an advantage.  Once ur done with presear/the tutorial then u just go post ascalon and then u basically start ur real adventure there.  U should be at 3+ to leave Newbie Ascalon.  Though i tried finishing everything in pre sear ascalon and left at lv 6.  the higher lv u leave the better.  So get used to everything and have fun with Guild Wars.  Currently play on my main Warrior/Monk lv 14.  I enjoy Guild Wars and hope u do to.  Hope I helped.

    I suggest you check out GW fansites and start collecting items for your gear before going into Old Ascalon. If you get the best armor in Old Ascalon then you can play with it for a long time, even further on from the snowy place, where you can get new armor.

    But I guess this only means for casters since they don't have to take damage as they're not tankers.

    Try to get to lvl 7 or 8 before going into the new world also.

    As some one said.. Any thing goes.. There is no best clas i GW.. You should only think aobut what you whant to play.. If you feal for Nec/Monk, I would just say: Go for it!
