    Europe- Norn or Azgal. Both are balanced, I think. I can speak for Norn.

    NA- Badlands. Dont waste your time elsewhere imo, though T4 Gorfang used to seem balanced when I was there but that was a year ago.

     

    Crappy classes? Each to their own imo. Magus and Engi got good buffs not so long ago.
