looks like this MMO Sale is only on US & UK pages of direc2drive. US page has code joker, UK page has code batman. rest of eu has nothing there it seems
Does the D2D download get you access to the headstart, or is that only if you get it from Trion? I've been trying to pre-order from them but there is a glitch in the registration process. The D2D deal would be really great if it offers the headstart

Louisiana here I was not taxed. Maybe if you can switch some addresses around to non sales or internet sales tax state.

I used it to buy my Rift copy,wasnt taxed in CA.
I typed "joker" in all lower case and it worked for me.
Why you changed it to all lower case? The original post says Joker.
I purchased and used the promo code before this thread existed.
I didnt bother to use any caps and it worked *shrug*
Well, I was going to preorder from Gaymestop but this was too much of a good deal.
