I have read all these comments from people dissapointed that they can't be just like the Superman or badman from the comics...
But why would anyone be "Just like" someone else if they can be their own unique hero... I want to be unique and look different from all others... And i wonder if the game allows just that....

Yes you can have your own look. i think most of the arguements about Being like superman revolved around the powers and power set.
My 2 months in beta i dont remeber running across 2 people that looks alike. There were soem similiarities, be in in costume pieces or colors, but there was enough variety you should be ok.
It would be really dumb to be exactly like superman or batman. Thats just what we'd need, 100's of characters that look exactly the same.
In a MMO I'd hate to see that.... but superman was a tank. From what I understandof the powersets ... it just wouldnt be possible or a good idea to create a superman-like tank
