So i live in israel and i have been trying to buy DCUO for a while now i tried steam and got blocked saying my credit card isnt good, then i tried d2d i pressed the international pre-order just to find out israel isn't on the country list?! then i almost gave up so i decided to try SOE and it was just fine, OK i haven't told this long story for nothing my question is this.
My concern is that freaking list of country's but i think the game will be sold here and Im pretty sure egypt (not on the list) will get it to so if any one know what's the deal with this so called international list your more then welcome to shed some light....
And no its not Eu list i know israel is "not" a part of Eu it say international ...

I am located in Gibraltar and neither Steam nor D2D will sell me the game (I have that problem a lot, here in Gib).
So like you I pre-ordered through the Station Store. Guess we will know in around twelve hours, because then it is midnight on the east coast and according the email, that is the time when they will charge our credit cards.
We will charge Heros's credit card no earlier than 12:01AM PST on the date that this product goes live. You may cancel your Pre-Order at any time prior to the live date by viewing the Order Details page and selecting your Pre-Order; at 12:01AM on the live date, thereafter, all sales are final.
If you find a way in the meantime to buy the game, please let me know.

Sometimes not even EU gives you any equal possibilities. Many e-shops have very strange and picky shipping/selling lists
You could get a friend to gift the game on steam.
I usually gift games to my friend in turkey if the game is not avalible in his country.
Oh and its not a strange issue, its actually very common for a lot of other countries. Probably has something to do with VAT/TAX I dont know.

Yeah thats just when you buy it, my friend has the same problem.
Get someone to gift you the game and it will work fine.
Station pre-order worked fine. I'm in, so I guess it worked for you too.
I'm trying to buy it is Asia where my IP is blocked from other sources. I'm using the Sony Store, and they will sell it to me, but only by mailing the box.
Does anyone know if I can buy a digital download instead?
