Can't add key from D2D

I bought my key from D2D, and when I try to enter it at the DCUO website, it gives me an error. I've read other posts that tell me to go to soe.com, click subscriptions, and then add a subscription for DCUO - however, it doesn't give me that option, it just lists my EQ2 subscription, and that's it.
Any help is appreciated, maybe a direct link to the page where you go to setup your DCOU subscription.

UPDATE: ok, for anyone having this problem, click subscribe on the launcher - not on the website. This should allow you to setup a subscription, but it won't be charged for another month. After doing this it still won't accept my key, telling me that it's already been used - but it lets me download the game now at least.
I had the same issue, the key actually works however. I logged into my Station account and DCU was in there waiting for subscription info. Once updated I could launch the game...now looking at a server select screen waiting for servers to come up
