EU Servers apparently available today (11.01.2011)

I've seen some threads and posts with people wondering if the EU servers will be available today or with the official EU start on Jan 14. The launcher was updated with this message:
Welcome to the launch of DC Universe Online. Servers will be opening at 7:00 AM PST (1500 GMT).
Please make sure that you have chosen the the correct version from the "Options" screen. There will be servers in the US and in the EU.
So yes, apparently we Euros will have servers today with giving digital downloaders from Europe a bit of a head start.

Must be some rumor Im unaware off but I thought it was common knowledge that both servers would launch today.
Thats because people have completly misunderstood the statement SOE made, they said it would be available as retail in EU on the 14th, but theres plenty of us who's gotten digital copies, so while 14th is still correct for retail shelve dates, anyone who ordered online will be playing today.
I myself was unsure due to the questions.

Still haven't ordered, please report back your european ingame experiences and i might download tonight and be playing tomorrow...
But then this might also be a sign that the EU servers are in euope, so please fellow europeans trace the server IP adres and post your ping times..
