i agree this game isnt about grinding and the game also has a story. i really like this game and there is plenty of replay value cuz there r many proffesion combos.

lol yeah, I mean i talked to lots of people about GW and most of them say that its really good and fun as an alternative mmorpg.. the only ppl that dont, r the pple who play WoW and the people that the people that play WoW made fake accounts of (why are there bad ratings given from a 3-post account?) but I cant rally talk since its my first post as well lol. Still one thign absolutely astounds me in GW... the ability to rune great gfx on low end machines... I mean, ive got a MEDIUM machine that can run HL2 on medium settings online, but for this I can do full shadows and all. It makes me feel like one of those lucky ppl who actually have enough money for a good computer. Im not about to say that WoW is bad, but I will say this: To any players who are not sure which game to get, just choose what you like. Anyway to get into some details, World of Warcraft has a smoother control and the graphics ar quite diffrent, And ONE very bad point is that almost everybody looks like the same by having the same equipment and the same appreance of the equipment which rarely changes you just have a 'few' armor-sets - (meaning a few diffrent armor looks) and a few weapons and the stats arent really that diffrent, you have no very high-end (extremely good) sword or anything. You get what you pay for prob why your paying 15 bucks a month and GW players aren't.
What do you play this game for if you dont advance? every game has a task at hand having you to advance, that's the nature of games. If it wasn't for the sole reason of pointing out your vast stupidity I would have stopped commenting right there and then and simply let the rest go as your are now not only looking like an ass but an ignorant one also... Last I checked I have been advancing. tool.
But what do you do when you are level 20? You have completed the whole story-line quest? You have high-end equipment? Go like the usual thing? PK-Farm? Dunno, since I quit WoW for the same complaint your making about GW. I really don't see a point since you are comparing the differences and not what is the same about them.
YES! There ar also a few more minor problems with guild-wars as you cannot really interact with the enviremont, If you want to jump OF A cliff you simple cant. Is that what you are paying for in a game? to jump off a cliff? Do yourself a favor and do that in real life and save up from hearing anymore of your drivel.
Everything is instanced, even towns, towns have a limit of 50 players. A mmorpg (YET, the makers said it wasn't an MMO and yet he rants on...) trulhy is a graphical social world with alot of interaction with other people, that's why you play a mmorpg.(Nice to know he can read minds now too) Guild wars just simple does not have that & compare, it's nice, but dont expect it to cover-up one of the greatest real mmorpgs. While I do think WoW is the deeper game (which is obvious theres tons more content in every single area) Guild Wars is ALL skill, so your way off base. WoW is much more about having the right potions, gear, mount and level. Guild Wars is more of a level playing field and it takes great cooperation, skill and timing to be the best. Both are truly amazing games and should both be tried. Both games grahpics are phenomenal (if you say wows grahpics suck, try getting a high end video card then get back to me, the graphics are equally stunning) and both games are just damn fun. Sorry but in Guild Wars skill is paramount. Its ALL SKILL.
Ever tried playing a Druid in WoW? If not, then I understand your view... I understand it so in GW, thats is more what skills you have, rather than how you press the keys (in pvp). There are only 8 slots for skills, which isnt much.
I do not have the count for how many skills I use in WoW as Druid. But its far mor than 8 for sure.

I'll clear things up now:
1) Asmodeus and Chrisel don't know what they're talking about
2) GW is better than WoW
3) GW is skill based because you have to know what kind of skills to bring and the dodging is done manually
4) The devs just chose not to call GW an MMO they never said it wasn't an MMO not that I'm saying it is.
5) Just because it's not an MMO doesn't mean it sux
