Rift pre order.. Early Access ?
How soon will this early access be? I noticed it said "Play the game before it hit store shelves", I actually don't want a digital download. I want the actual game box and cd... soIf I order it off of amazon will it be the same, or will I only get it on release?
Want to know how much extra time you get for the digital as oppose to buying the game at a retailer.

game hit stores in march 1 in US, play before it hits stores, february 24th i think it says on their website
How bout if we preorder it through gamestop? Could we pick up our copy on the 24th or would we have to wait to the 1st? Meh.. I'am against digital download after my horrid experiences with getting D2D to refund me.

I'm not 100% sure, and I've personally had some bad experiences with GameStop, but I think when you pre-order, the merchant gives you a code. You then set up an account and input that code at the Trion site, and most likely have to download the client to play early. I have to say, though, that I got in the last beta, and the download speeds were pretty good, so it wasn't a huge deal to get it that way. Then, I'd imagine, you get the physical copy from the store on launch day.
THe Gamestop Code will grant VIP beta access and allow you to be in the headstart on the 24th. I'm not sure when they are shipping the actual boxes.
Anyway You will be able to download the client and like the person said above it downloads pretty fast. (around 8 gig client)
Yes it does. For both european and american servers.
When I pre ordered from steam, they gave me a code that I applied in my beta/ current account.
I assume it'll be the same with gamestop.
