    I don't care how much flaming I get for this. I like Runescape. Sure it has horrible graphics now and (pretty much) a horrible community on free servers, but it IS the game that has managed to stay up for so long, and it's probably the most feature filled and bug-less games out there. I don't care what anyone says, you're all entitled to your own opinions on the game and so am I, and I like Runescape. (Not runescape classic)

    I used to play it A LONG time ago. Started when there was one server.. Good times! Lol, back then you could go chaotic and stuff and kill anywhere! Lol, I died right after I crossed that bridge, lol. Good times... Great game if you have no money. If you do, then get something else.

    Shut up morons. If you havent played runescape members to level 100+ with all your stats over 70 then shut up. You don't even know the gist of it. I bet most of the people who did try it are just morons who are mad that they sucked too bad at it to even get to a fun part. Don't bash on runescape because I have had a better time on runescape than on any other online game.  I have played WoW eq2 FFXI and lots of other p2ps and runescape members was the best i have played.

    Runescape is kinda cool, I've enjoyed playing it over the years, but it will soon be eclipsed by Roma Victor the free-to-access 3D Roman Empire based MMO game. You'll be flocking to RV in your droves - see you soon. ::::39::

    Reporting as ordered. I'm going through the "Love" portion of my love/hate cycle with RuneScape. I gotta get enough Runes to blast my way through the Desert Treasure quest.

    Also the amulet of Catspeak is great.

    Sometimes the degree of perpetual grinding gets to me.

    Ontopic: I actually play Runescape once in a while (call that about a day per week). I'm still pretty new to that game though ::::20::

    Im sorry i just had to register my disgust in this game, It's not even a game its just an application that you spend hours bored cutting down tree's and burning fish. Worst graphics ever, gameplay is a joke.. it makes me laugh that people enjoy this. Character customisation might be nice if you could possibly get a face that looks like something a bit more than a large pixels thats been twisted beyond recognition.  The community is a bunch of 9 years olds telling you to eat their crap and you suck and the quests are just plain stupid and boring.

    Another joke is that people pay for this... seriously its like paying someone to defecate in your mouth over and over again. Honestly its the worst THING i have seen in a while. I may sound like a bastard but if you cant affoard to pay for an MMORPG then dont use one, playing nothing is better than Runescape.

    You want a good MMORPG?

    PAY FOR IT.

    I have played members before...... So do not think everyone who has said that runescape is not that good is not a member.... There are people out there who have different opinions.....

    The good thing about runescape members, is there is a lot of stuff to do.

    Hahaha. Oh okay, so spend half a year levelling my character to level 100 and THEN it gets fun? Yeah right.

    A lot of people get turned off by the gfx. If it doesnt have good gfx, they give up before they can give it a chance.

    Personally, I loved the skill system. I loved crafting. I loved having the ability to max every single one of my skills, combat or not. Not being forced which skill(s) to train, for me, made it feel like it wasnt a waste of time, which is how I feel of most MMOs now.

    I dont have patience for MMOs any more tho :/ Including Runescape.

    Hmm... opinions can be either negative or postive- they don't have to be slavish "I love runescape". You may believe that opinion is the only vaild one, but then you wouldn't "know what opinion means".....

    In conclusion, omg runescape sucks!

    I'm a retired rs player.. i log on for the holiday stuff and thats about it. once u get past lvl 100. the game is really repitive. hats off to jagex tho. they update very frequently.

    Alas the first smart thing ive heard all day if you dont like runescape dont bag on the people that do.  Seriously....get over yourself and your stupid game.. you never see us that like runescape make fun of your games and the people who play it so. sdfu no one cares how great your game is...leave us to ours.

    Ahh, i see, bore yourself to death for a half year, then it becomes fun? hmm, i doubt this, as for "Sucking" at runescape... this is one of the most simple games i have ever played, hence why you can play it.

    But, to all there own, its a great free game.
