PC vs PS3 Monthly Subs?

Hi all,
Could someone confirm if there is a monthly subscription for DCUO if they play on PS3? I've read conflicting reports and, as I currently play on PC I'd like to know. Thankyou.

Yes, there is a monthly fee on PS3.
It can be bought from the PSN Store and costs about 12€ for a 30-day period.
I assume that's about 15 dollars for NA
