Are duos like alerts for 2 people. What quality of gear can you get from them?

Duo's are much harder versions of normal instances designed and limted to 2 people. The gear is End-game style/stat gear. Mainly blues. But also some good upgrade greens. They are harder than normal, but not super hard.

Duos were my favorite part of the endgame in beta. Unfortunately, I didn't get to do them very often because I didn't hit 30 until almost the end. Cool story though: I logged into my first Duo and promply told my partner that I handn't done any of these before, but I'd try to pull my own weight. He told me he had been running them for a while and then proceded to chain-queue them so I could get experience. I got some really cool equipment right off the bat. Each one only takes about 15-30 minutes so they'll probably be a pretty good time-killer for raiders waiting for their groups to log in.
I want a mmorpg where people have gone through misery, have gone through school stuff and actually have had sex even. -sagil
Duos are alot of fun. They are fast, furious, rewarding, and moderately challenging.
