My Band

Its been about a year since we recorded anything...our sound has changed quite a bit since we recorded also.

But here's a link to our old stuff...constructive criticism towards a year old recording would be awesome.

* Also, our lead singer quit 2 days before our scheduled recording day...so I had to fill in for him. What a prick ;)

Thanks a lot,

Greg

Awesome thanks for the listens :)

You guys should definitly knock out some studio time soon, even with your just 1 mic recording, it sounds pretty good.

    -Thanks again.

    Constructive criticizism on its way..

In the beginning of track 2 you started probably a little unsure and choked up on a few notes, don't worry too much it happens to alot of people just gotta practice more and change that nervous attitude into "I'm HERE TO KICK ASS" attitude.

You need to do some breathing exercises whenever too strenghthen up your lungs, and while you're at it put some breath markers in the song and when singing into the mic keep your elbows out, this lets your lungs expand more remember that while singing.

Musicality of track two was ok I guess, the intro was really long and kinda repetitive so was the ending, maybe develop both ends of the song a little more and it'll work out.

You guys have potential, just more development is needed.

    Later.

lol if this was directed to me then. Yeah actually its me on drums. My friend is on guitar and Singing.... yeah this is probobly one of the few times hes actually sang before.. Yeah Basicly we My freind wrote the songs and I played drums to it on the fly.

Thats how we did it with all our songs. I thought it wasnt to long in the begining but I like long intros to songs so a 30 second or more intro Is normal to me. lol....... Yeah thanks for your input. Its always good to hear what people like and dont like. You cant have one without the other.

Lol sorry I was talking to destofalls but, what I said is what most bands do to improve so you can use it if you want too.

Your sound reminds me of At the Drive-In if you have ever that band

Like what I have heard so far,

I have friends in a band, and you will be surprised how much cooler you sound when you have better recording equipment lol

Don't you worry little buddy. You're dealing with a man of honor. However, honor requires a higher percentage of profit
