Main Npc charcters?

I beta tested the pc version. I wasn't pleased with the system. I see the trailers n commericals. Does anyone know if SOE,is planning on adding more npc charcters for you to get missions from to pattern your toon after. Such as green lantern, or Shazzam,etc?

You do get missions from those characters currently, but yes, in the future not only will you have a green lantern mentor, its likely you'll also be able to be a green lantern. This was spoken about, and they will add this in a very big content update at an undetermined time in the future.
thanks for the heads up.I got as far as level, 18. I just wasn't very impressed with the game. the missions seemed very redundant,the community was horrible in beta. not one freaking person I came across would answer My questions. Others wouldn't help others was all. it was very very sad.
