I was watching Gamebreakertv. They discuss World of Starcraft being real? Is that Blizzard code name Titan really World of Starcraft? It has also have trailer.

Blizzard has been emphatic that their new MMO project is a completely new intellectual property. Of course that doesn't mean they aren't lying. I remember back when Bioware first opened their forums for what would later be revealed as SW TOR, the devs claimed they were making a Strawberry Shortcake MMO.
However I think this rumor has been sparked by Blizzard sending a cease and desist letter to the creator of the Starcraft Online mod from the Starcraft 2 mod maker. Just because they don't want any thrid party creating such a game doesn't mean they are developing a SCO game themselves.

It was amazing that someone was able to use that editor and create a starcraft world like that.

They probably just watched the video of the World of Starcraft mod/map that's being made in the Starcraft 2 editor.
Like a lot of other people, they probably just assumed that "OMG IZ NEW STARCRAFT MMO" because they didn't care to read further up on it.

Maybe there is some true it since Blizzard has response with this

There was no way his mod was even going to come close to the scope of WOW. It's not like he was making a relatively simple shooter like CS that could have potentially become a name brand.
Now I don't blame Blizzard for not wanting people to associate the name "World of Starcraft" with his mod but WHAT THE HELL?
It's not like they've got their own WOS on the backburner ready to drop in the next few months. They drag their feet like the big corporate behomoth they are and there will probably not be a real WoS in the next 10 years.

Actually, Blizzard has gotten in contact with said modder and invited him to the main offices to meet with the Starcraft 2 developement team. From the sounds of things, Blizzard wants to see how this mod turns out. Then again, they just may want to distract this guy so that he doesn't take up the job that Riot Games offered him.
