Icarus Studios and the Fallen Earth development team have announced that new items will be added to both the in-game store and at in-game merchants. Players will be able to purchase additional character slots as well as expanded slots for pets and mounts.
The Fallen Earth store is about to get some new inventory! We previously introduced the option for two additional character slots and soon we’ll be adding the option for additional pet and mount slots--perfect for Wastelanders on the go.
Rewards Merchants will also be receiving a hot, new item—The Respirator. This stylish gas mask will provide resistances to acid, radiation, poison, disease and lower resistances to fire and cold.
Look for these items soon!

I really wish FE didn't block it's update notes from users without accounts. Why must I sign up for an account just to see a picture or information on improvments? Those are the very things I want to see to entice me to play/return.

Sad but true.

I really like this game but till they fix the animation on all the characters and npc's. I wont be playing this. The mobs slide or don't move as natural as I would like them to. The game itself i like just these visual flaws are what drive me nuts. I can't understand why if you are a developer and you play your own game you cant notice these things and go slap the are guys in the head and say " Fix this crap idiot. If it looks bad to me the player base will think it too".
How many delicate flowers have you met in Counterstrike?
I got a case of beer and a chainsaw waiting for me at home after work.
and crafters continue to be pushed aside - pretty sad in what was once a crafters game
yep I agree about the animation. the combat was so clunky and hard to aim. I tried very hard to get past the overall uglyness of the game but the combat was so bad I just couldnt play it.

Ah, the never ending misplacement of priorities by the Incarna team.
I was somewhat hoping, that when the team was redesigned, some of their leadership would be redesigned as well.
The worst thing about this game, is whoever is currently in charge of stuff like this. They have been misplacing their priorities since the game was in the late stages of Beta. Whoever it is, was obviously immune to the huge team adjustments that happened a few months back. I'm just glad to know it wasn't Lee Hamock, I liked that guy.
It is a shame that a game that is this promising is let down by poor gfx/animation. Why dont they just hire someone who is a specialist in animations?

I un'subbed a while back after playing from Alpha, so out of the loop regarding development but after Hammock left they seem to have lost there way,and does this adding of new items and so forth point towards a F2P scenario some day sad but seems to be the case.
