I'll start off by saying I've been trolling the LF game forums for the past 3 or so weeks looking for a reccomendation for a game to hold my attention. So far no luck.
What I'm looking for is an mmo, co-rpg or any game really to hold my attention until Guild Wars 2 comes out. I would prefer that any MMO's suggested are P2P as I've found most F2P mmo's are pay-to-win. DDO is one of my favorite mmo's but at level 10 the game locks you out unless you want to start ponying up the cash. Also, I'm looking for something with a healthly low level population so I'll be able to find groups easily. So probably the newer the better. If suggesting a non-mmo, I'm looking for something with some substance to it, something I can get hooked on.
Just for potential suggestor's reference... mmo's I've played:
DDO (loved as p2p, f2p not so much)
WAR (loved the PvP)
Everquest ( my first and favorite mmo experience)
Guildwars (didn't play much, lost login info, considering this as one of my options)
A few other trials and betas here and there but nothing substantial.
All reccomendations welcome, thanks!

Seeing as how you're planning on playing Guild Wars 2, then you should probably pickup Guild Wars again. Unless you don't care about the Hall of Monuement rewards. If you do care about that, then you can read about that here:
http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Hall_of_monuments
Basically, you get rewards based on the amount of achievements from Guild Wars.
If you're looking for a new MMO to play, I would suggest Rift (http://www.riftgame.com/en/). It's currently in beta and has a release date of March 1st. Rift has a rift system, similar to PQs on Warhammer Online. There are a lot of information out there about Rift, since the NDA was lifted awhile back. The only problem is that you'll have to wait till March, but it's something to consider.
Thanks for the suggestions. I'm in the Rift beta but having trouble with my video card. Hopefully in the next round of testing it'll be resolved.
As for Guild Wars, does anyone play the game and know if there is still a healthly low level population for newbies to group with? I know about the NPC companions you can take with you but, it just doesn't seem as fun.
Update:
A couple of friends of mine and me are all going to get in on the same game. Reccomendations for a game with good group-play throughout?
Thanks.
I love the group play of EQ2. You can even start for free and if you like go gold.
