Rift Vip Beta Keys

   a newsletter went out last night that gave us all a 25 use vip key to give to friends,family, or anyone interested in trying the game.  I gave a lot of em away on the forums last night, but i should still have some uses left.

 

    If you have always wanted to try Rift but were never able to get a hold of a VIP key then send me a private message or post here.  I wont be sending these keys to anyone who joins today or has less then 10 posts.  Only for the reason of i dont want bots snatching all of them up like they did when this site hosted the vip beta key giveaway all those months ago.

    Hey I dont know if i have over 10 posts or not (long time lurker) but MMORPG.com is my homepage for god sake, i'm no bot. Anyways, i've been itching to try out Rift as there's nothing good out till The Old Republic hits shelves. Send me a PM if you're feeling gracious! :)

    Yeah if you don't post here they will delete your thread and send you a warning.

    They deleted mine, so no one is getting my keys. Oh well, no loss.

    Drop the next-gen marketing and people will argue if the game itself has merit.

    Yeah I agree its a little harsh. They gave a bunch of us warnings last night for posting our keys in new threads and not in the sticky at the top of the forums.

     

    I think it was probably just an overzealous mod that had a bad day. None of us meant to break any rules. We were just trying to share our keys with ppl trying to get in.

    You don't get any special entitlement for sharing your key(s). People look at that thread and go down the list, that's how it always happens and people are just fine.

    You can always repost yor key, just do it in the VIP Thread Above...there's a whole bunch there, and is why it was made by the mods, some months ago.

    wasnt expecting anything special for doing this.  just gettin keys out to people, and not all people are forum saavy.

    so either way, its fine

    yeah, I got a warning from them last night too just for wanting to share my key. Oh well, I won't post anything like that again here. Barely post now. A lot of other sites to read.

    We want to keep beta key requests and giveaways to a single thread because otherwise these threads will clog up the forum and impede actual game discussion. It's simply a housekeeping issue, nothing more.
