People have to be stupid if soe had to put out a friggin guide for this.
Problem Solving; something for the non-lazy people.
Problem wasn't that people didn't know how to claim it the problem was that it went from if you preorder the game you will get to play as batman to if you preorder from physical retailers you will get to play as batman. And that change in information how to play as batman got released after the game released there was a huge thread on the official site. People started saying that SOE ripped them off and the mod decided that it was bashing SOE so the thread got locked. Same goes for every other thread as soon as people start saying they got ripped off they lock the trread.

Sounds just like Standard SOE BS,
When It comes to SOE, Buyer Beware! and if they do screw you over, its your own fault for not listing to the tens of thousands that have been screwed in the past, and told everyopne not to trust SOE.
There was more to it then that, one of the big problems that alot of people had, myself included was that best buy appearantly never got any of the codes to unlock batman, so even though it was supposed to be printed on the rescipt, there was no code to be printed on the rescipt so obviously alot of people didn't get their code. Numerous people contacted best buy about it and got back pretty much the same response, they had no clue about it and never had the codes to beginning with, so several threads were started up because of that.
