rvr game suggestions

I am looking for a good rvr game. A fantasy one. When I say fantasy I don't want scary monsters like spiders, and blood all over the way, but something more like battle of the immortals, talisman online or something like that. I mean they:
-low req
-decent pic quality
-nice armors and weapons(they are glowing after upgraded with materials)
-dungeons, instances
-and can get a decent level in 1-2 months without giving up your real life. (decent level like boi (lvl60 out of 120 in 2 months, or to lvl40 out of 70 in 2 months. Something like this.)
