Pritty cool , thanks. There kindve ugly looking though , i dont like the shape and there just too big looking.
Looks pretty good. It is a bit garish with the enamel shine, though.

i prefer it to the Xbox360 mainly cus PS3 will be cheaper cus it wont have all the features like camera and shit to drive the cost up.
and if u want those they are always optional parts for the pS2.

The GPU will be capable of 128bit pixel precision, 1080p resolution, some of the highest HD resolution around. The RSX also has 512mb of graphics render memory and is capable of 100 billion shader operations and 51 billion dot products per second. It also has over 300 million transistors, larger than any processor available commercially today. It will be manufactured using the 90nm process with 8 layers of metal. The RSX is more powerful than two GeForce 6800 Ultra video cards, which would cost roughly $1000 total if bought today."
Looks similar to the New xbox....... So sony has an awesome graphics card. More powerful than 2 6800 ultra's. Im impressed they arnt half assing it this time...... But how much of the cost are they going to eat?
Its insane what the next gen consoles are doing... I mean like Xbox 360 and PS3 are just totally insane and if you put a pc that Had that much power it would be a good amount of money. I sure as hell am not paying more than 300 bucks for a console... Thats If I decide to buy one of the 2. Im spending a good amount of money on upgrading my computer.
I find it funny how the Xbox 360 claims it is fluid cooled, when its actual cooling system [fan/heatsink] is using a fluid condensation cooling system, which is efficient, but not actually fluid cooled.. A gimick. 360 is also not using Bluetooth for its wireless, instead they will make the same mistakes and make their own wireless aparatus system.

Whether or not that was in-game or just pre-rendered stuff remains to be seen, but either way that was a very, very sweet video. lol, that little Xbox thing on MTV pales in comparison to all of this stuff Sony is putting out.

I've said it before, i'll say it again...
FPS's are not meant for consoles! They just aren't. Unless you have the accessability to get a keyboard/mouse later on for the console. Without those two paired up, I think FPS's are unbearable.
Now as for the video...I do think it's real ingame footage. It didn't seem like something they'd render. It was to un-action packed for a rendering (not to say it's dull. Renders are just more exciting then that)
The most I was impressed with in that video was the explosions and fire effects. Superbly crafted. The mayan calendar stopped at the year 2012...Reason being I think.
We'll all be sucked into video game systems...VR/Holograms/Matrix...Here we come!

Coming from someone who first played pong....I can honestly say for a console that was awesome. Now on a negative note Sony did the samething with the introduction of the PS2 with the face rendering video, but honestly...how many PS2 games look like that did?
If they can pull that off for real games what was done in that video, it will change things for PC gaming.

I would say it isnt that pretty, but u got 3 choices (white, grey, black(coolest)) and that could help a bit :P On the other side the controller just doesnt seem right. How are u supposed to play with that thing? Looks highly uncomfortable...

And Please Please Please Please Please Please Please Please Please Please let the PS3 controller NOT look like that... That looks horrible... like a bad dream... Why would the change the design of the controller... The one they have now is fine.. every one is already comfortable with it... Just make it alittle smaller around the edges and that would be perfect....
But yeah I'm definitely Hyped about the PS3... I think the 360 looks retarded.. the thing is like a game itself.... But i guess that's just me..
