Help me find a good game

I've played Fiesta Online for a while but I'm starting to have complaints about it. Although the thing about it is that it fills so many of the criteria that I look for in a MMORPG. I like real time game play. I like that it's 3D. Main thing being that it's free. Anyone know any other games that are like it yet better? My main complaint is the way you have to rest in order o restore HP and MP.
