Outside of Meditation which had it'cost halved and support for a few more skills, doesn't seem like anything big. Looking at the forums, doesn't seem like the players have noticed any difference to skill gain at all. We'll likely see a player doing comparisons before/after later today so we'll see, but if there was any significant increase, I'm pretty sure players would've noticed. AV didn't even specify the amount either.

Incorrect, although players opinions differ he majority think between 50% - 100% more skill gain compared to before the patch. I myself have just level Magma Storm from 0-33 in 45min~, it could be too fast for some skills although I'm sure we will see. The reason you don't see forum spam about it is because people are not complaining, DFO forums are only for complaining. (And posting PvP-epeen videos)

There's a decent amount of forum spam, but mostly because of all the confusion and players can't tell if the gains really increased or not. Just look at forumfall for a sec and you'll see. Some Liaison said the Skill Gain change would only take effect starting tomorrow, according to Tasos's post it's today, but was crafting included or not as promised? etc. Plenty of confusion going on.

Yeah, that's pretty cool. I've been saving my gold for a while. Now, I can buy some meditation points.

Good to see?
They doing anything to stop Master of all yet?
they fix that and the grind then everything else is just a minor problem with this game.
Grind, and the ability to whip out any skill any time have been gaping wholes in darkfall gameplay since day 1.
