Good Graphics Card?

I'm thinking of buying an AlienWare Area-51m 7700 and I was wondering if this was a good video card, and what kind of graphics it could produce. Would it be able to perfectly handle Doom 3 fpr example?

The Nvidia Go 6800 line is the best laptop GPU line on the market at the moment. I highly recommend them.

Would this laptop be able to handle really good games (with like insane graphics) just as well as a desktop?
Yes. But it will suck up your battery pack faster than you can say WOW.

i wish it was possible to game on a laptop but battery life and coolant technology just arent there yet.
but the go 6800 is the farthest weve gotten to tehre so far.
