Well recently I moved out of my house, I went from having Roadrunner to tethering on my phone, the Droid with Verizon service. I don't plan on getting another internet source for quite a while. I decided to come here to look for a game to keep me occupied, with 1 simple request.
I'm looking for a game that doesn't require a huge download, preferably 100 mb or less. One of the main reasons being because I tether with my phone so I don't have the 1 mb/s download speeds like I did with Roadrunner. I don't have a preference on the genre (fantasy, sci-fi, etc) or type (2D, 3D, etc). I've tried many different games like Runescape, Endless-Online, Habbo, etc. I was really into Endless-Online but it shut down and I'm not a big fan of private servers.
Thanks for your help.

I can't imagine online gaming being very stable using a tethered connection, go for something like Minecraft (IMO). As simple as it is its kept my interest for a LOT longer than modern MMOs have.
OT: How you like the droid? iPhone 4 on verizon comes Feb 10th, I'm debating on going between that or waiting for q2 2011 release of Droid Bionic (dual core phone).. leaning towards waiting even though LG Voyager is terrible.
Tethering actually isn't that bad, I only have a problem every now and then. I'll look into the game.
Well I was once with AT&T, I was an iPhone 3GS user (iPhone 4 came out after I went with Verizon). I really liked all the features the iPhone has and I'd much rather have one than a Droid. The only reason I have the Droid is because at the time when I get mine it was the best phone Verizon had. I'm not a fan of the slide-keyboard or the battery life of the Droid. When I had an iPhone, the battery life was insanely good. The only thing that's stopping me from getting an iPhone 4 when they come out is the price I'll have to pay since my contract isn't up or even close.

A game I liked in the past was "Navy Field."
Is rather basic, simple, and maybe a bit dated, but it's a Pure PvP game where you make fight WWII style naval ships against others. Is F2P with a P2P option (increased exp. and money gain).
It's fun, albeit basic.
