I read some of the reviews for this game awhile ago and it sounds good and interesting, isn't  it? I plan to try this game but I don't have any idea about it. Can you share some ideas and strategies? image

Thanks in advance..image

Read the lore and pick a race that interests you in those terms.

Don't expect to be spoon fed by the game like WoW does. This game rewards creativity and involvement with the community.

Throw yourself into the roleplay events, explore, find a good, friendly guild.

When making your first character choose a package from each area EXCEPT fighting to give yourself the maximum potential.

A combination of magic and melee levels is probably best to get to start to increase your survival chances.

on beginnig when you create your Charakter you can choose 3 starterpacks of 4 available:

    magic, fight, harvest and craft

you can combine these as you wish (take 3 magic or the others or mixe them up as you like)

but a good idea is to take one harvest pack so you can harvest the mat spots spawning by themselve in the towns on this way you can get extra skill points to learn crafting ;)

every skilltree you have not choosen as startpack you can learn for 50 Skill points (5lvl) at the trainers you can find in the towns.

It maybe nice when you can craft your own weapons on Noobland cause the weapons you can buy at the NPC merchants maybe not so good (player items are better but than no player has crafted and sold a weapon for a week no player made items will be in the trade)

at thirst stay on noob island until u are lvl 20 or 30 because its much easyer to progress there, Mobs aren't so hard and so on. Bigest Problem there is: on noobland not mutch player are there so most the time you will be alone. but take some time there depending on your online time i think you need max one or two days to reach lvl 20 in every skill take you a little bit extra time to get in your fighting skills at lvl 30 and than travel to mainland. So you will have an easyer start on mainland ;)

to leave noobland just speak to a Kami or Karavan Teleporter and choose Teleport but be warned there is no way back to noobland when you left it!

Some tips for Melee Fight at thirst take all the HP uprades and the regenerate upgrades called Constituition and Metabolism. Self Heal Actions are although a good idea ;)

the Action stanzas you will most need are Increase Damage and Accurate Atack each of this stanzas will boost the efficeny of your equipped Weapon (right click on the stanza to see which max lvl your weapon can have)

    with Increase Damage 1 you can max boost a Weapon of Quality 10 (2=20, 3=30, 4=45, 5=70, 6=90, 7=115)

    with Accurate Atack 1 you can max boost a Weapon of Quality 20 (2=35, 3=50, 4=65, 5=90, 6=115)

for Magic you need although the HP upgrades, Self Heal and Intelligence, Wisdom upgrades for your SAP (casting energy).

for Offensive Magic first get the Acid and Cold damage upgrades for Defensive Magic get HP and Life gift after a while although Sap gift. Stamina gift can wait until you reach Mainland and lvl 40 or 50 maybe.

first try the lowest mobs and try one star after another (rating color +1-5 Stars green, Blue, Yellow, orange, red, purple)

as Offensive Mage get on max cast range bevore atack your target.

edit your spells and take out the time credits (speed is very importent ;) )

put range credits in so you have a range about 40 meters.

for more infos ask other players on mainland or type /who gm an than tell a game master with /tell name.
