stopping the billing

Okay, i got a lousy grade on my report card, now i can only play video games on the weekends, I own WoW and I love playing it, but its not worth it to pay 15$ a month for only weekends, so i decided to cancel my billing until i get to play on the weekdays, of course there in lies a question.. Is it hard to cancel? and will it delete my characters?

His characters will not be deleted.. they will be waiting for him if he comes back at some point in the future.

Your characters are kept on Blizzard's servers, so you'll still be good to go at a later date, even if you uninstalled the game.

Blizzard has not given a timeframe for character deletion that I have seen, as far as I know at this point in time at least characters are safe for any duration after an account has been canceled.
