[EU][PvE Server] Dystopia - Guardians

What is the plan with Dystopia:
Dystopia is created by people who want to beat all content Rift has to offer, and for people looking for this aswell, we are a guild led by people who have many years experience with leadership, raiding and pvp. We hope to challenge other leagues for a spot amongst the prime guilds on our server, and we are looking for people that wants to achieve this aswell, while this sounds like a steep goal, we are not willing to sacrifice our real life for it, but believe in being prepared and therefor using less time on what others might use more time on.
Short term:
Short term we will be leveling, getting geared, and learning the game, so our goal in the immediate future is for our members to hit level 50, start getting acquinted with the endgame and prepare gearwise.
Long term:
Once we have a full group of people ready, we aim to beat expert dungeons, pvp and raids that Rift has to offer, this means the current ones, but also the ones that will be added in future patches or expansions.
Why should i consider Dystopia:
You should consider us if you want to be a part of a strong social community, with emphasis on being active on voice comms, and want more from the game than just being a loner. We believe in the "family" feeling, where everyone feels at home, this however does not mean we dont expect you to be at your best.
Who should consider Dystopia:
People above the age of 18, who recides within Europe, you should be able to communicate in English both written and verbally, also its a huge plus if you have atleast 2 years of previous MMO experience. Another factor is that you should be able to raid/pvp atleast 3 times a week, and understand that being prepared is key to achieve what we want on our short schedule.
What we will provide:
We will provide all our members with a website, forums, voice communication tools, and everything else needed to run a guild on the back end. More so than that we will provide many years of experience in the MMO community, we believe in running a guild where everyone has a say, there is no one person on top, its a democracy.

I'm curious about your recruitment application. I see many identical forms (literally ad verbatim) and was wondering why you hadn't tailored yours?
I know what you mean, however i feel this layout serves its purpose to get people interested and look at our website if we are the type of guild they want.
Also I think the whole copy/paste template thing has become a bit much.
Thanks for the prompt reply. To be honest, I was interested, and am now on-the-fence because of the application form and the indecision about DKP (I can't stand it). I used to lecture psychology, so I'm acutely aware of how futile it is to ask someone to describe themselves to someone that they've never met. lol
However, I do like the rest of what I see, so I think I'll submit what I believe to be pertinent info, and see how well I get on
I actually took your words to heart a bit, while i didnt change the form completly, I believe its a bit better now and easier to fill out.
In regards to DKP, its being discussed in the guild as we speak, and should be decided on within days, we did not want to make a hasty choice here, and we feel we have a system ready soon, that will benefit everyone.
