I thought that I would come here to post today letting folks know how disappointed I am, in the direction of this one.First and foremost I now say its FPS with tanks. The game has little historical valve. I see a strong Bias now on the part of the developers, they seem to ignore players and their concerns. The server we are on is not really a testing beta they have a different one that's tested before sending it to the server.
Very disappointed in how they handle the beta as they have. Its really not an open beta more like COHO at present bugs not getting fixed in an approiate time frame takes months not weeks.
For those that enjoy this one I hope you will, match making system to me is aweful. Putting a tier 4 or 5 in with t (-10? tank fodder for the heavier tanks.
Spotting system is beyond ridiculas, been that way since Nov and have yet to make any adjustments. They always seem to have some sort of justification for the misques its really is funny to hear how they justify it.
But for those who continue to play it enjoy it but for this Old gamer thxs but no thxs

Well while I agree with most of your points, it really takes a few games 500+ to realise how shallow and broken the gameplay really is though.
I stopped playing last year for many of the reasons you pointed out. As I predicted back then and the fanbois claimed otherwise the game has unfolded as I predicted. Noob tiers just fooder for veterean players over and over. Numerous heavy late war tanks on the map in quantities far and away more then history ever managed. Sighting mechanic is complete garbage and the laser guided Darth Vader artillery component way over powered. Gun penetrations are a load of crap, Hetzers could kill T34s at 700 meters on a frontal shot but in WoT forget it-you can't even see them that far lol. Not to mention a complete lack of infantry, asked the Germans about driving tanks around Stalingrad full of enemy infantry.
Now I understand the scope of the game is a FPS with tanks but they should have used an alternate world concept and stayed away from history. Additionally, the game is still not an MMORPG.
