Hello!
Seeing as how WWII:O is a game where it seems you can get really awesome adventures, do you think that CRS will put a feature where we could "save" our mission on a video and watch it later on Windows player or something?
Think of it like in Starcraft (or BF2). At the end of the game, we can save the replay and watch it later.
IMO, it would be quite nice if CRS will add a feature where we can save a replay of our mission. That way, we can savour the memories
I wanted to post this on the WWII:O forum but seeing as how I don't have access to it, I'm asking it to you guys.
Maybe it will be implement on 1.20 or 1.21?
It will really add a lot to the game imo.

Considering that WWIIO is not mission based, I don't think so.

What about attack objectives?
...eitherway, what I meant is: From the moment you come to the game to your death.
Once you die, there should be an option to wether you want to save a replay or not.
They did a movie contest some year ago.
Here is a link to a Fan movie made by Niedorf some weeks ago. Its .avi, 97 MB

Life is too short to play bad games.
Ive had missions that last over 4 hours. Id hate to think of the file size that would be.
On a similar note; The rats have, in the past, recorded map movement (i.e. towns captured and the movement of front lines) and released that as a movie. Pretty interesting and can give the OKW/AHC alot of info for next map.

Well, I believe BF2 found somehow to reduce the file size or something.
...but even if the size is big (let's say 20mb/hour), we should still add it this feature nonetheless for people who wants to keep their memories alive. It would be an optional choice eitherway.
You could use fraps or a guncam to get short little things together.
I use the free version of fraps that allows you to record 30 second films of any game situation. Just have to remember to start it up all the time
